this is Windows XP Prank that you can disable your Windows XP's Shut Down button
-click start, run, type regedit, click ok
-go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
-right click, go to New-DWORD Value, and type NoClose
-right click NoClose, and type 1, and click ok
N.B: You Will need to restart your PC by issuing the Shutdown -r or -s command from the run or Command Prompt
